Call for papers for the session: “Cheese and dairy products in the Mediterranean area (13th-16th centuries)” at the Rural History Conference 2021 in Uppsala, Sweden, 23 – 26 August 2021. Papers should focus on sociocultural and economic aspects of milk, cheeese, and other dairy products in the late medieval period. Abstracts should be up to 400 words for a 20-minute paper, and include the title, topic, the paper's scope and approach.
